KORE Oil: The pure essence of Etna. A single-varietal Nocellara Etnea cultivated up to 500m above sea level in south-east Sicily.
Hand-harvested and milled on the same day, this emerald-green oil amazes with its balance of fresh tomato, artichoke and grass notes.
Very rich in polyphenols and with very low acidity, it is the perfect ally to enhance any dish raw, from bruschetta to fish.
Colour Bright emerald green with elegant golden-yellow highlights.
At the nose Medium-intense fruitiness, characterised by fresh herbaceous notes, hints of green tomato, artichoke and a delicate nuance of almond.
Al Palato A perfect balance between bitter and spicy. It is intense and lingering, yet with a smoothness that makes it extremely easy to digest.
Harvesting takes place early between late September and early October, exclusively by hand, to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Cold extraction (2-phase system, with no water added) guarantees an oil extremely rich in polyphenols and natural antioxidants, with very low acidity (less than 0.4–0.61 TP3T).
